THE EVENT:

A September Spring Festival combined with a cycling event was the brief for this event at LWP Property Group’s The Glades at Byford.

Our event services included running the event to budget, road and traffic management to ensure 300 cyclists safely made it through the race from start to finish, liaison with local authorities, market day set up including music, entertainment, food vendors and more!

We also hosted a school fun ride on exercise bikes with prize money to involve the local school children, had show cars on display and also managed media interviews with TV and radio on the day.
