Mandi Parker

Managing Director

Mandi is the the person you are likely to chat to first when you give us a call and meet with first to talk though your event. Vibrant, fun and enthusiastic are all words frequently used to describe Mandi.

Mandi is our big picture thinker and loves coming up with creative ideas for each and every event.

A bit of a Pinterest ‘junkie’, Mandi is also constantly looking for new ideas and sources of inspiration.

She has been in the events industry for over 10 years and her ‘little black book of contacts’ is one of the best in the business.

Brad Parker

General Manager

Brad’s role, whilst being largely behind the scenes, ensures each event is tightly managed to budget. He is also our IT and design whizz.

Brad is the team member with an eye on the long term prize. Managing projects networking Barefoots next move, Brad is the team member who wants to take Barefoot global.

His project boards are becoming a staple diet for Amy, with a dash of diversity thrown in for good measure.

Amy Fraser

Personal Assistant

Amy is our tireless machine, managing the day to day requirements that is the events industry along with overseeing the arduous role of scheduling and distributing our ever growing Dinner at Dusk food hub events on a weekly basis.

Along with managing our social media hub, Amy ensures Mandi’s choice of office tunes are kept beyond the 1990’s with a no Jimmy rule.

These guys are the Barefoot Family, and have become an integral part of the business.

Our awesome on the day team attend events to manage logistics on the day from bump in and bump out, to artist management, to general clean up, set up and pack down and so much more.


We count ourselves pretty lucky that we get to work with the best suppliers in the events business in Perth.

From lighting technicians, to entertainers, to marquee suppliers, we see relationships with contractors like these essential to our way of business.

Because of our great relationship with our suppliers, we can offer the best price options for our clients and pride ourselves on managing every aspect of an event from concept to completion.
